Protecting my energy today like a hawk. There are too many hungry spirits ready to latch to where they see light. Carrying the potency of this years residencies with me today.
Without a doubt this years art residencies at .rosa.arts.and.healing were the most potent, most healing and most creative to date.
What a gift of artistic expression and pure spirit.
I am definitely getting better at scouting the souls ready to do the decolonization work in honest community of care and true reciprocity.

Fall always sweeps me away. I feel the deep call to descend to the depths of the mystic laws that rule this world but it is hard when we are often called to tend to the busiest seasons. Harvests, preparing for winter, teaching season, death residency season and all the art and life commitments that the world keeps pulling from me.

Today I got up around 4:30 am to pray as the energy of the day was so strong.

Lit some candles, copal and chanted. A small ritual and offering for the day that felt so powerful. The copal called strong to do ceremony so I locked all the alarms and devices and allowed myself to descend to where copal was calling me.
I went to a deep state of nourishment and inner connection . Copal was saying you have done enough! It’s time to tend to spirit. You have let others pick at your spirit and feast from it for too long. It’s time to return to self.

In that dream state in between consciousness and rest I felt each pore of my body expand and feed from the healing powers offered to me in this state.
It took a lot of discipline to return from such a beautiful, nourishing trip.

When I turned my phone on , a message popped up from a friend that said that her schedule cleared and she wanted to offer me some Reiki.
For real we have been trying to do this for ages.
It is amazing how when we are aligned the people, the things the love, the healing makes its way to you.
I am excited for this new death season and all the gifts I am opening myself to and also give.
I am more clear on what I let in and I keep out.

Nourishing is the word. I hope you too tend to your body and soul with fierce dedication.
