We hope that you had a good holiday and want to let you know that Neighbours Computers has not closed at all during this time.

We now have our local number, 250-442-8444 directed to our mobile number. Remember to leave messages or we do not know who called or what your service request is.

Remote services are in high demand for cleanup and optimization. We still accept repairs for hardware or systems that are not able to be repaired remotely. This is only possible if you call first, schedule time for drop-off, then will contact you once completed.

Business has been very busy. Thank you to those who have continued supporting local business during this very difficult time. In the future we may have a new local retail location. For the time being remote services and drop-off at my home with COVID practices in place will continue as they have since April. Thank you again for your patience.

Are you tired of having to disconnect your computer to bring in to a repair shop to get a regular Tune-Up? We service over 150 systems regularly all from the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is load our safe tool to add you to our existing customer systems, schedule a date that works best for you, and allow us to repair your system. You can use these on any system that you have (not just one) and we will keep track of your total cleans remaining for the year.

There may be instances where the systems would have to be seen physically and usually rare.
