This is the product working behind the scenes of almost every treatment we do. Meet Hale Derma.

Hale Derma is a hypochlorous acid (HOCl) spray - the same molecule your body's white blood cells naturally produce to fight infection and support healing. It's gentle, fragrance-free, and genuinely one of the most versatile products in clinic because of its ability to calm, hydrate, and support your skin barrier with zero irritation.

We use it before and after microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, and extractions. And it's just as effective as a daily addition to your routine - we love it in the morning after cleansing and especially post-workout to combat bacteria and refresh the skin.

But I also want to be honest with you about this one.

HOCl works by neutralizing harmful bacteria and pathogens, and that's exactly what you need in certain situations. When skin is compromised and vulnerable post-treatment, it's incredibly effective.

But when we think about the skin's microbiome - the ecosystem of beneficial bacteria that help your skin function, heal, and stay balanced - we have to be thoughtful. Neutralizing everything isn't always the goal, especially when you're actively trying to rebuild and restore.
