If I'm being completely honest... I'm a little nervous. 😅

This Saturday, June 13, I'll be packing up my butter tarts and heading to the Midland Butter Tart Festival from 9 AM to 5 PM, and it's hard not to feel a mix of excitement and butterflies!

I'll be bringing 12 different flavors of Butter Me Bitchy butter tarts, from my classic favourites to some of my cheekier creations. But what I'm most proud of is my crust. Every tart starts with my rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth pastry that has become just as popular as the filling itself. It's flaky, tender, and made the way a butter tart crust should be.

As a small business owner from Goderich, events like this are both exciting and a little intimidating. I'll be surrounded by some incredibly talented bakers, but I'm looking forward to sharing my tarts with all of you and seeing where this crazy butter tart journey takes me.
