A recent window inspection for a cracked pane of glass uncovered much more than expected.

Once we opened everything up, we found hidden rotten, water-damaged window sills along with evidence of a previous improper installation. Unfortunately, these are the kinds of issues that often stay hidden until the window is removed.

The new window has been ordered, complete with the proper brick mould, and we'll be installing adjustable air vents (sliders) to improve ventilation and help manage moisture.
