This project started with a deck that had settled nearly 10 inches below the patio door. We removed the old structure, installed Postech screw piles for a solid foundation, rebuilt with brown pressure-treated lumber, added proper flashing to help prevent water infiltration, and redesigned the stairs with a landing for a safer, more functional layout.

The result? A deck that’s built to last, and built to be enjoyed for years to come. 🛠️🏡
