The leaves are falling, and that means snow isn’t far off. The snow isn’t the problem, it’s the salt and other chemicals our roads get bombarded with that the real danger. These chemicals are caustic and cause rust as well as degradation of automotive paint. So when you’re taking you beloved ride for its annual undercoating…. Don’t forget about the paint.

The limitations of paint correction are often questioned. What extent of damage can be repaired? Although it is a case-by-case situation, an example from August 2023 highlights the capabilities. A BMW M850i damaged by flying shingles during a storm showed considerable improvement after paint correction, with over 95% of the damage removed. Unfortunately, complete removal of damage was not possible. A follow-up video will be posted separately, due to technical limitations on uploading pictures and videos simultaneously.
