Trust is the cornerstone of a soul based relationship. It is difficult but not impossible to mend if both people are willing to work through a soul based relationship process to repair the injury.

The way we perceive what happens in our outside world creates our reaction. The more we can see our reaction as an option versus reality, the healthier we will be. The next time you react to a situation, ask yourself what are the other possibilities? That person that cut you off might have been thinking about something else or might have been in a bad mood.
