I have a bunch of five foot blanks that are great for ultra-lite creeks or a medium for a young person. Custom crafted for you with the name on it, your choice of grip colour, thread colour and guide style.

I’m also fixing lots of rods that got stepped on over the winter, or the tip top came from.

Home from the south. Busy repairing all the guides and tip tops on the rods you stepped on last year. Busy building new ones.

Now I am back to finishing up rods, and repairing rods.

About repairs, if you contact me needing an eye (guide) replaced or a tip top replace, I can probably help you. If your dog closed the trunk on the rod and broke it, I recommend a good shop for buying that new rod you wanted anyway. (Or I can custom build one for you)

I’m experimenting weaving patterns using guide thread. Here’s an example of a bass I’m putting on my new ten foot high tech surf rod.
