Someone is maliciously trying to sabotage our business through Google.

We have no idea who these people are or have ever had unsatisfied customers (that we’re aware of). No customers have ever ordered through us using these names, or even last names. This is the second random account, who posted a one star review in one week.

Does anyone know how to get Google to take down these reviews?

We reported the review. This person left a review (June 22nd) with a suspected AI screen shot, dated 4 days beforehand (June 18th), claiming we were angry about their review. It’s impossible to reply to a review before the review is posted, so it’s more than obviously fake.

Is anyone else going through this? Help!
