If youโre looking for an easy dessert to make here it is:
Condensed Milk Flan
Ingredients:
* 1 can (300 ml) condensed milk
* 300 ml milk
* 3 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup sugar (sauce)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ยบF.
2. Place the eggs in a blender and blend well for 2 minutes. Add the milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend for another 2 minutes.
3. Melt the sugar in a saucepan over medium low heat. Once the sugar start becoming golden, start stirring it constantly. Once the sugar achieves a golden brown color immediately pour into a round baking dish, swirling so that the syrup coats all sides of the dish (keep in mind that the sugar will continue to darken even after you add it to the pan, so do not let it become too dark while still in the saucepan).
4. Add the blender mixture to the round baking dish.
5. Place the baking dish in a double boiler, and cover the top with aluminium foil so that the top of the egg mixture doesnโt burn while in the oven.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife insisted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
7. Allow flan to cool in the fridge for 8 hours before unfolding onto a plate. Serve cold.
