I’ve heard a few questions and worries about where The Red Apron is going, so I wanted to clear things up.

Everything you know and love is staying the same.
Same recipes.
Same quality.
Same delivery days and process my mom originally built this business on.

My goal is not to change The Red Apron, but to protect it.

The only things you may notice being different are:
• updated labels
• a few new items being added — recipes my mom had already been working on but hadn’t released yet

I may also be moving to two deliveries per week, with everything delivered before the weekend. All deliveries will always be clearly posted so you know exactly what to expect.

I completely understand that change can feel uncomfortable. This business was built with care, love, and loyalty, and my priority is to honor that — and to keep the customers who have supported The Red Apron from the beginning feeling happy, comfortable, and confident.
