Sometimes faith looks like checking in on a neighbour.
Sometimes it looks like listening deeply to someone who is hurting.
Sometimes it looks like offering kindness when it would be easier not to.

The world is changed not only by grand gestures but by countless small acts of compassion.

This week, may we be people who carry light into the places that need it most.

One small act of love at a time.

Today we pause to give thanks.

For neighbours who care.
For family and friends.
For moments of laughter.
For meals shared around a table.
For beauty that surprises us when we least expect it.

Gratitude does not erase life's challenges, but it reminds us that grace is still present.
