EVENT STATUS: Thank you for your understanding and constant support, Niagara.
📣 We're sorry to announce that our doors will remain closed today and tomorrow (Dec 29th & 30th).
You can rest assured that our team is working tirelessly to continue to GLOW with you.✨ We are working with government officials to see if we can have a reasonable exception made for us to finish out the season.
We'll be sure to keep communicating with you again via social media and email to keep you guys updated.
Should you wish to have your tickets transferred to our 2021 season, we’ll secure a spot for you! You’ll be able to save on service charges and enjoy a free Glow cup too 🎁
If on the other hand, you wish to have the face value of your tickets refunded, our team can assist you. Please contact [email protected] with your 16-digit order number and we’ll get back to you asap.

Dear Glow Customers,
Like you, we're closely following the new developments from the provincial health authority regarding COVID prevention measures. As a touchless experience, we're still investigating what the provincial closures may mean for Glow as of Dec 26th. We will keep you informed by email and social media, as soon as we have a definite way forward.
✨ In the meantime, our doors are open and we encourage you to travel to Glow ONLY with people inside your isolation bubble. Let's have a safe holiday season.
