United We Run

Good morning, This week we will be running tonight Thursday at 5:30pm we'll be going to do hill workout.
Saturday morning at 7:30 am we'll meet at the store for our workout time inside the store, come and join us for one hr.
Sunday morning at 7:30 am we'll meet at the store and then go for our long run 2hrs come and join us, be here 15 min before just to get ready.
