Goverments have collected billions of dollars taxes since the legalization Alcohol, Cannabis and gambling.This is completely new review stream for governments. If the intention was to take it out of the hand of illegal market and not use it as a cash cow, why not invest it back to treat mental health & addiction and to eliminate homelessness.
