Summer time can be a lot of fun, but also a huge challenge for some of us. It can be hard to balance summer time shenanigans with health goals. ๐๐
This yo yo ride can be exhausting and disheartening - but we are here to tell you that you can have a fun summer without declining in your health.๐๐๐
We can help you find habits to keep you level so when summertime ends, you don't feel like you are starting all over again and you can keep making progress forward, when the time is right.โ

That is right everyone!
Finally, after so much time, we are returning to...normal?.. why does it feel so weird then?!
This transition is going to feel different for everyone. Here at the Lab we are trying to support each other by helping our members find what is comfortable for them.
We have members who are super comfortable and ready to slap sweaty high fives and share chalk blocks.. and others who still cringe at the though of it.
Our coaches are committed to helping people adjust workouts so that they feel comfortable. ๐ฏ
This could look like changing movements up so you stay away from being too close to others, or even taking your workout outside. โฑโ๏ธ๐
The key in these kinds of transitions is strong communication and meeting each other half way. ๐๐ป

If you have ever had your progress stalled for any reason (ahem.. lockdowns anyone? ๐คจ๐๐) this really hits home.
We balance our program to keep it as sustainable as possible so that you can make progress long term and have very little bumps in the road along the way. ๐ฅ
