At Color Compass, we believe that today’s students and apprentices will become tomorrow’s industry leaders. That's why we are proud to support the Motor Vehicle Industry of Manitoba (MVIM) and its Technicians of Tomorrow Scholarship Program, helping aspiring automotive, collision repair, and refinishing professionals pursue their education and build rewarding careers.

This year, MVIM awarded scholarships to 35 students and apprentices, continuing a program that has now provided 392 scholarships since its inception in 2002. We are especially honored to have established a new endowment fund that will support one scholarship annually, further strengthening our long-standing commitment to developing skilled technicians for the future of our industry.
