It's True; For safety sake and to reduce your added expenses, do not ignore unusual noises from your vehicle. It is trying to tell you something much like your pet would if it has something wrong.

Client had this hideous noise coming from the engine area. Inspection found he was about to have a catastrophic water pump failure. If it had of come apart it would have created a lot of damage and could have added over $1,000.00 to the repair.

It's True; Client states while driving the transmission started slipping and then stopped working. A $7,000.00 failure that had a happy ending for this client.

We removed the transmission pan for inspection to find it was full of metal particles. If you look closely at the video you can see it is actually raining metal bits as the fluid drains out.

Catastrophic failure at 145,000km. Lucky for this client his 2018 truck has 5 year and 160,000km factory power train warranty. We had it towed it to the dealer on his roadside assistance and they are replacing the transmission assembly.

He was certainly glad we verified his factory warranty and coverage as this would have been a very expensive repair. Looking after your best interest - it's what we do!
