When I first entered university, I was actually a history major I couldn’t imagine studying anything else. However, the constant questioning from friends and family about the practicality of a history degree began to sow seeds of doubt. What would I do with this degree? Was I on the right path?

These uncertainties led me to change my major not once, but three times in search of a more “sensible” career path

Life often has a way of guiding us back to our true passions. Fate intervened when I landed a job at a historical museum, tasked with capturing the essence of history through the lens of my camera. Little did I know that this would become my true calling.

Working as a museum photographer is more than just a job; it’s a privilege. Every day, I have the honor of presenting history in a captivating and respectful manner, bridging the gap between the past and our youth. Through carefully composed photographs, I aim to ignite curiosity and appreciation for our heritage in the hearts of the next generation.

My journey has taught me a valuable lesson. Sometimes, it takes a detour or two to find our true calling, and our passions have a way of leading us back home.
