Manual Osteopathy is a method used to assess and manage aches and pains by looking at the connections between symptom sites and compensations. This is called regional interdependence!
We take in to account how your body is moving as a result of the pain symptoms, then treat the contributions of that pain. But first! We assess, and that’s the key point in our clinic.
Get to know your body in our clinic by learning how it’s adapted to your lifestyle and compensations. We’re here to help you realise sustainable management of your body by teaching you why areas are in pain by explaining it’s moving parts and how they move!

Whether you’re beginning a new thing, in the middle or at end of it, it’s fair to bear in mind the journey is uneven. It’s fluid. This is a casual (or overt) reminder of your self worth, your aim, your influence. In any moment you’re participating in, it’s a conscious effort of meeting your needs.

Just a little bit of inspiration gleaned from the book, Breath, by .

“The stress I am creating (in the breath work being discussed in ‘Breath’, Chapter 8) is different from the stress of say when running late to an important meeting: it is a conscious stress… this is something you are doing to yourself, it is NOT something that is HAPPENING TO YOU”.

Hopefully, we each can determine what those needs are and which effort to meet them serves best.

We chose this background of the post to be a sky because the sky is where we like to look when we’re in the middle of collecting ourselves. WHAT ABOUT YOU?
