The truck is hitting the road this summer - here’s where to find us!
📍We’re kicking things off this Saturday at the St. Albert Farmers Market (10am-3pm)! Grab a freshly baked individual meat or veggie pie on the spot, or stock your freezer with a family-sized pie for dinner. We’ll be there every Saturday all summer long.

📣New menu item! Introducing…The Miner’s Clanger Pie. During the 17th-19th centuries, labourers like Cornish miners needed a meal that stayed warm through a full shift underground. Thick pastry. Two fillings. Dinner and dessert in one hand. This design, never seen in Alberta — until now. Developed in our kitchen with an actual miner (pictured with Jon), our version features the savoury filling from our Cornish pasty — ground beef, potato, carrot, rutabaga and onion — sealed beside a spiced apple filling of fresh apple, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and just a touch of sugar. One pasty. Two courses. Available starting April 1st!
