Did you know certain stretches can stimulate digestion, relieve bloating, and reduce stress - all of which support gut health? If you're feeling sluggish after a meal or dealing with digestive discomfort, try these gentle moves:

1️⃣ Seated Twist – Aids digestion by gently massaging your abdominal organs. Sit cross-legged, place one hand on the opposite knee, and twist your torso. Hold for 30 seconds each side.

2️⃣ Child’s Pose – Helps relax the nervous system, which plays a huge role in digestion. Kneel, sit back on your heels, and stretch your arms forward while lowering your chest to the ground.

3️⃣ Knees-to-Chest Pose – Eases bloating and supports bowel movement. Lie on your back, pull your knees toward your chest, and gently rock side to side.
