⚪️ Moving my body in pregnancy has been the most challenging, eapecially for someone who is a die hard yogi and fitness ju**ie. I had sudden sacrum issues at 24 weeks pregnant and could barely sit, walk or move. This has been progressive for me and completely stopped all my movement routine. I have found support in using my birth ball from which has allowed me to connect with hips, pelvic floor and my baby in a way that allows me to feel like doing yoga.
