Health Goals
Hello Everyone,
As you're probably aware, this page has been inactive for some time now. I felt like it was too much to maintain with the other things I have going on and wasn't the direction I wanted to take my business.
Obviously I'm still passionate about and I still lead a healthy lifestyle as well as share it with others.
If you'd like to hop over to my personal page, feel free to follow me for tips and tricks, recipes, and general knowledge on healthy living, as well as some real life stuff.

Reshaping your tastes is a real thing. If you ever thought "I could never eat like that for that long," yes, you actually can. Your body knows what's good for it, what it needs, but after eating nutrition-less processed foods for so long the senses turn off so to speak. So you start filling your body with good foods and it starts to crave good foods, it's telling you, "give me more of the good stuff" and it's rewarding you by feeling good. Then, when you choose to eat poorly, your body tells you.
For instance, we had a pot luck at work for bosses day on Friday and I would have felt bad not taking part. Truth is, I felt so sick yesterday (I also ate crap for supper Friday night). My poor belly could not handle all the food I don't typically eat. While it tasted good, I won't be doing it on a regular basis because every time I do I see a sh*tty pattern 😂💨
So the lesson, good foods in, good feelings out. Bad foods in, they have short time satisfaction and then you feel 💩
Talk to me about reshaping your tastes! I'd love to help!

How many of you know that all calories are not equal? This is why I will never support "calorie counting". Eating food shouldn't be so difficult that we have to measure, weigh, count. Just eat REAL food and you'll be fine.
This article is a really quick and easy read to show you what I mean about calories.
