My name is Julia Debert and I am a proud member of the Goliath High Performance team. I started with Goliath during my offsite practicum as a NAIT personal fitness trainer student and continued on working with the business after I graduated in May of 2024. My passion is with soccer but I have loved being able to work with a wide variety of clients, all on unique fitness journeys and different phases of life.

My slogan is “performance for now, performance forever” and I try to live by that every time I walk in the gym. Exercise supports longevity and I strive to do right by my clients no matter what their goals are or how they change over time.

September Athlete Spotlight:

Been a minute since we highlighted some of our incredible athletes so figured it’s about right that we kick off our monthly client spotlight with a Goliath favorite. Spencer Lukey has been a staple of our Goliath programming since joining us during his U17 club season, and has spent this entire off-season putting in the hours to get his body right for the upcoming varsity season.

Spencer has exemplified what we look for in a Goliath athlete, hardworking, consistent, and his infectious personality has made an impact on all trainers and athletes that he has worked with. We want to thank Spencer for all his dedication and consistency over the last few years and wish him the best as enters his first varsity season!
