One of the Resolve installation crews are finishing up the first phase of acoustic improvements for a large arena in Western Canada this week, including wall panels and ceiling baffles. At nearly 7 seconds of reverb, this room requires a substantial amount of broadband absorption to improve speech communication, music playback, and overall occupant comfort.

Acoustic treatment installation for a large community arena space is starting this week. At 7 seconds of RT60 (mid band) reverberation, occupant comfort and lack of communication clarity were major concerns for our client.

A solution comprised of PET wall panels and ceiling baffles will tame this large volume of space to roughly 1.7 seconds once complete, making the room much more suitable for hosting a broader range of functions while promoting occupant comfort and well-being!
