SUN YOGA

Shiva shows us the doorway to direct experience of Who Am I.

Not a mantra.
Not breath retention.
Not concentration.

Just noticing the two tiny pauses already hidden inside every breath you take.

The moment where the exhale ends, and before the inhale begins. And the moment where inhale ends, and before exhale begins.

Shiva says,
Rest there.

At first, it feels like a second.
Then a stillness.
Then a doorway opens.

And in that doorway arises “Bharitha sthitiha” - state of fullness.

A strange quiet feeling that nothing is missing.
That perhaps what you were seeking was never somewhere else.
It was right here.

A profound Sanskrit proverb which serves as a reminder that we hold the inner power to influence our environment simply by changing how we look at it.
