Feeling crafty? Why not add some autumn glamor to your living space? I just finished making these for my bulletin board: leaf garland made from old book pages. Here's a how-to:

1. Cut out a leaf pattern of your own making or from the internet.
2. Trace the leaf onto the pages of an old book, and rip the pages out one-by-one. Cut the leaf out.
3. Fold the leaf in half, from tip to bottom.
4. With a holepunch, punch a whole on each side of the stem of the leaf, so that it can be threaded.
5. Thread each leaf onto a string of your choice -- I chose twine!

A perfect way to reduce-reuse-recycle. :)
