When asked, "If you could fly back to your first-year self, what advice would you give to yourself?"

Summer responded, “That it's okay to take breaks! I've come up with some of my favourite ideas while walking in my neighbourhood or relaxing with a cup of tea.“

When asked, "What have you learned from your flight from the design program?"

Shelby responded, “I feel like I've learned more than what can be condensed into a single response, but I'll try to be brief: be confident in your own abilities as a designer, don't ever be afraid to ask for help, and take care of yourself above all—never ever pull an all-nighter for school!!!“

Meet Paul Porras! 😊

We asked Paul, "What have you learned from your flight from the design program?"

Paul: "I’ve learned a lot throughout my flight in the program. Ironically, what I've learned has nothing to do with design at all but has everything to do with coming into my own person. In many ways design has opened many doors, taught me about personal growth, and shown me the importance of community. "
