Your librarian is a member of the Association of Christian Librarians , a professional organization dedicating to equipping and encouraging Christian librarians worldwide since 1957!

Despite being a member since the year I became a professional librarian (2019), last year (2025) was the first time I could attend their annual conference and I'm incredibly excited to be going back again this year 🥳🥳 This gathering not only sharpens my skills as your librarian but it strengthens my faith so I can serve you better all year long.

So, yes, we are CLOSED next week, but I'm coming back with all kinds of ideas and training to make our amazing library even better!

And, peep the workshop presenter ribbon last year - yup, yours truly had the privilege and honor of sharing some of the amazing work we do here with other members! This year, I'm giving a poster presentation, demonstrating once again how we continue to strive for excellence and can inspire other libraries to do the same.
