Window Mart is looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our growing team in Edmonton.

In this role, you’ll support daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, handling phone calls and emails, communicating with customers and suppliers, and helping keep everything running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone with:
✔ High school diploma (Grade 12 or GED)
✔ At least 1 year of office experience
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
