Wrap Building Enclosure

We are extremely excited to be the awarded contractor for the standing seam roof of this beautiful home being constructed in Edmonton, AB. When we investigate building envelope failures we always start with the resulting damage and think critically and clinically to discover the cause and origin of the failure. What is wrong?, Where did it occur?, What are the possible causes?, And for a process of redundancy there is always the question of Could this be resulting from anything else?. The details are the most important and often overlooked.

It's a beautiful thing when things come together. Block wall completed, joists in and roof to go on next. Excited to wrap up the remaining of this building enclosure.
