The time has come.
My planned last day of work was March 20th. I would have even told anyone that up until this afternoon. However, my body is tired. Which is really nothing new for this pregnancy! I have mastered falling asleep sitting up which has been helpful but also not at times lol. Ultimately, I’m aware now of how much energy a pregnancy requires. Something I didn’t fully understand the first time I was pregnant. In the name of knowing better and doing better it’s time for me to be off work and get ready for labour and the newborn days.

My last day of work will be this Friday, March 7th. I’m so sorry for those of you who are booked in for after March 7th, as I will be contacting you to cancel your appointment & offer other practitioners to support you while I’m on maternity leave.

Thank you everyone for your support & I’ll be back March 2026.
