Of course, preplanning everything can be a daunting task, but I've found that breaking it down into smaller steps makes it more manageable. I like to use a planner or calendar to map out my schedule and goals for the week, month, and even the year.

For me, finding a comfortable and inspiring place to preplan is essential. That's why I love going to a coffee shop on Sundays to plan out my week ahead. It's a great way to start the week on a positive and productive note.
