You have likely been following the news of the coronavirus and its impact around the world, just as I have. There is so much uncertainty surrounding this ever changing and challenging situation.

I understand that some of the measures taken globally to contain the spread of the coronavirus may have a direct impact on you especially if your wedding is in the next two months. I want you to know I am here to help, to give you peace of mind and no added stress.

If you purchased a personalizable digital listing from my Etsy shop prior to March 16, 2020 and your wedding was to occur on or before May 31, 2020 but is now postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak, I am offering a one-time change service to the previously purchased item(s) completely FREE of charge. If you purchased a physical item, the one-time change service is applied to the digital component free of charge but the cost of re-printing and shipping is additional. This offer is not applicable to instant downloadable items or the rescheduling of your wedding or event not as a direct result of the outbreak.
