Honestly, this is one of the most bittersweet parts of my job.

For weeks (sometimes months), we're in constant contact:

"Did you see that new listing?"
"What time is the viewing?"
"Should we put in an offer?"
"The inspection report is in!"
"Almost there... closing day is coming!"

And then... keys are handed over, congratulations are shared, and suddenly my phone gets a lot quieter.

Don't get me wrong—there's nothing better than seeing my clients get the keys to their new home. That's what it's all about. But after spending so much time together navigating one of the biggest decisions of their lives, it's hard not to miss the daily check-ins.

The good news? Most of my past clients have become friends. They reach out when they have questions, when they're ready for their next move, or sometimes just to share how much they're loving their new place.

And that's the part of this job that never gets old.

So to all my past clients: my phone's always on if you need anything. And to anyone thinking about buying or selling—just know you're not just getting a REALTOR®, you're getting someone who'll be in your corner (and probably your text messages) every step of the way.
