You've done the work. Years of it.

Therapy. Courses. Retreats. Breathwork. Books that cracked you open at midnight because some part of you was desperate to finally feel different.

There are mornings you decide today is the day.

You make the list. Set the alarm. Do the thing.

It works for a few days. Then life happensโ€”a hard week, a sick kid, bad sleepโ€”and by Friday you're back where you started.

And there's a quieter voice: "Why can't I just stick with anything."

Let me push back on that voice.

The walk you said you'd take. The phone call to the friend you haven't seen since spring. The thirty minutes you blocked on Tuesday and gave away to a meeting that wasn't yours.

Five days. A hundred and twenty hours. You found time for everyone but you.
