There are mornings you decide today is the day.
You make the list. Set the alarm. Do the thing.
It works for a few days. Then life happensโa hard week, a sick kid, bad sleepโand by Friday you're back where you started.
And there's a quieter voice: "Why can't I just stick with anything."
Let me push back on that voice.
