This shot from the walkway at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, Autograph Collection reminds us that everyone has a different perspective. Not one is better than the other, nor right or wrong... they are just different.

It was great to see a group of leaders, lend their perspectives and experiences to solve business challenges and to plan to propel their business forward.

Imagine how boring live and business would be if we all had the identical perspective. We wonder what would get solved?

What's your perspective on this topic? :)

As a leader, the influence and impact we carry with us is heavily influenced by the relationships we build and maintain with all the people within the organisation, this includes people outside such as partners, suppliers, etc.

Nurturing these relationships is a key point in being an effective leader, having the right influence and being heard when it comes to crunch time.

We have been spending a lot of time this week designing the last class and graduation for a 8 month course we have been facilitating for an incredible organization that highly invests in their leaders.

It's important for us to recognize all the hard work and contributions made by this class. Due to COVID we have had to do everything on-line so we are super stoked about this last session being in person. It will be incredible to finally meet this group of new leaders and to witness the connections they have made over this time.

If you are looking to build the strength of your team, we would love the opportunity to work with you and your group.

If you have any tips for us to create this extra special experience we are all for that too! Please post below.

How do you break bad habits that no longer serve us? And more importantly how do we replace these habits with ones that serve us.

Well what if we think of the same goal but in a different way? Instead of only focussing on the goal and the process - hence requiring willpower alone. We could use our sense of identity instead.

I'll give you an example, instead of saying "I need to lose 10lbs for my health" which means using willpower... using our identity it would be saying "I am a healthy person", and as you start to align more and more with this mindset, with time you'll no longer need willpower as it will be part of your psyche.
