CHRISTMAS DINNER MENU

Christmas is a time to enjoy family friends and yes food!
On our program you can have a nice meal and not worry about it.

Turkey white meat only 6 ounces = 1 Protein
Dark meat 5 ounces = 1 Protein
Cranberry sauce = 1 condiment
Stuffing 1 heaping serving spoon = 1 starch
1/2 cup mashed potato or 1/2 baked potato = 1 Starch
1 cup brussel sprouts= 1 Vegetable
1 cup mixed vegetable = 1 Vegetable
3 Cheese filled Perogies= 1 Starch 1/2 Protein
3 Large Cabbage Rolls filled rice and meat= 1 Veg, 1 Starch
6 small Cabbage rolls filled rice and meat= 1 Veg 1 Starch
DESSERT
any fruit pie= 1 fruit, 1 starch 1 fat
Cake any = 1 starch, 1/2 diary, 1 fat
Beverage
EGG Nog 1/2 cup with 1 oz rum= 1 protein, 1 starch

As you can see you can still enjoy your day and have fun

I am very pleased in letting you all know Weight Solution Inc. change over has commenced.
We will now be known as WEIGHT LOSS SIMPLIFIED
The name change will take a few weeks to be finalized and we are operating as per usual.
Thank You to all my past and present clients that have supported this business since 2007. We are grateful and very much looking towards the future.
Keep an eye out for more great tasting recipes and a much more simplified approach to weight loss. I look forward in working with you.

Zucchini Fritters
RECIPE
2Cups Zucchini
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast
3/4 C warm water
1 egg
Mix together adding more water to get the consistency of pancake batter

2 Zucchini, wash, slice, add 2tbsp salt.
Let sweat for 20 minutes.
Squeeze out extra water off Zucchini after so minutes of sitting in salt.
Add the Zucchini to the batter mixing in well.

In a frying pan add oil let heat up
Drop 1 tbsp of batter with Zucchini in frying pan
Let fry on each side til golden brown.
Do not flip for at least 1 minute as they will break up.
Enjoy!!!
