After a difficult few years navigating covid-19, we would like to go into the 2022 season with a fresh start.
We’d like to begin by introducing our new brand identity. We’re very excited about these changes and are looking forward to the future of EngCon!

EngCon stands for Engineered Construction, but it also means consulting, consistency, and a conduit of how we can help outside of contracting and land development.

As a nod to our past, we kept our original name, but, as we look ahead with a modernistic approach, we said goodbye to the hyphen.

The design connects to our story: part of which is that we transform landscapes. Represented in our logo are physical landscapes, geometry, and topographic map lines. With a custom, unique and modern design — we’re ready to shape the future.

Eng-Con Holdings Ltd is now accepting applications for the 2022 construction season. Formed in 1979 Eng-Con is a well established Water & Sewer contractor in the Edmonton area. We offer an excellent compensation/benefit package and foster a culture of promoting from within. We are looking for the following positions:

* Mainline Excavator Operator (Water and Sewer Experience Required)
* Side Hoe Operator
* Dozer Operator (Water and Sewer Experience Required)
* Wheel Loader Operator (Water and Sewer Experience Required)
* Track Loader Operator
* Packer Operator
* Tractor Disc Operator

Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work in outdoor conditions that are labor intensive
Participate in safety meetings and adhere to Eng-Con's safety policies
Provide training to new employees
Report all incidents, near misses and equipment damage to site supervision

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
Able to work 10-12 hours per day Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Salary: $25.00-$41.00 per hour

* Topman (3+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
* Topman Helper (2+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
* Laborer
