May is Mental Health Awareness month.
2020-2021 in my experience, sure had it's ups and downs. But with the creation of Nurture Cards over the last few months, has really helped me get out of a depression hole that I have fallen into.
Making my card's have brought me so much joy and purpose, I choose my favorite card and wrote myself a beautiful love letter and planted it in my favorite planter.
Nurture Cards are great for self love messages to yourself.

Nurture Italian Herbs are starting to sprout.
