Long green Thai chilies are slim, 2-3 inch,,hot peppers (50,000–100,000 SHU) essential for Southeast Asian cuisine, offering a sharp, herbaceous, and vegetal flavor. They are commonly used fresh in curries, stir-fries, and soups. They are highly nutritious, containing high levels of vitamin C, as well as Vitamin K and B6.
