What is the best deal in the city? It’s hard to say, but must be up there with the 5 Piece Set! What does it come with? 5 Pieces of Chicken, your choice of a Corn Fritter or Fries, a Side Salad and a Can of Pop. Out of the seven available choices, one of my go-to choices is the Onion Lover, which is topped with Shredded Green Onion and comes with Sweet Hot Mustard on the side. Juicy, undeniably crispy, and so tender, it’s hard to deny that SFC is putting on a masterclass of fried chicken. The fresh green onion provides a nice fresh pop and some contrast with that sweet hot mustard rounding out everything quite beautifully and adding a bit of a kick as well. There are 5 different salads you can choose from, and I usually go for the Mac n’ Cheese Pesto, which has a creamy Asiago Sunflower Pesto that is so creamy and has such a nice pop in flavour. The fries, which are simple but cooked exceptionally well are crispy, nicely seasoned and you get a whole ton of them as well. For $11.40, there aren’t that many places in the city where you can get a better deal for such quality! Upgrade your pop to a beer for another $3.75, like this , and you have such a great, satisfying and filling meal! What is your favourite flavour at SFC? @ SFC Seoul Fried Chicken

Get yourself a sandwich that’s STACKED at every angle! That’s what I did at for their Smoked Show dinner recently! Pictured here is the 3/4 LB Smoked Meat Sandwich. House Made Pastrami served on Marble Rye with Mustard and Pickle. My God, this was just unreal. Yes, it’s a simple sandwich, but it’s literally a textbook example of simplicity at its finest. The Pastrami itself was loaded onto this sandwich and just so unbelievably tender, juicy, and flavourful making every single bite from start to finish such a satisfying and drool worthy experience with that classic tangy mustard giving it a bit of a zing and some contrast with that fresh marble rye giving the sandwich the perfect, classic backbone. Yes, this might be a simple sandwich but arguably alongside ‘s Bacon Pepper Smash, this is the just simply one of the most satisfying things I’ve had this year. It was just THAT outstanding. Add a classic Manhattan to the mix to wash it all down with and it honestly was in my opinion a flawless and literally perfect meal. I would love to see June’s offer their Smoke Show dinner again, even if it’s not a regular thing as this is a sandwich that cannot be missed out on. For now, for sure I’ll go back to get my fix with a Reuben on the regular menu as it would be just as good. Even right now as of writing this post, I am craving one of these bad bois. 🤤 @ June’s Delicatessen
