Open House 2019

Employment opportunity for recent Chemical Technology grads:
The Centre for Oil Sands Sustainability is looking to hire a passionate individual to begin working on a full-time schedule starting in May 2019. The position is located on NAIT main campus.

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake testing and analysis of samples used for assessing technologies in a variety of environmental priority areas related to oil sands and water applications
Providing support on all analysis such as, Dean & Stark, Particle Size Distribution, Methylene blue indexing, Karl Fischer Titrations, Extractions, etc.
Create different solutions, titration and other wet chemistry tests
Acquire and tabulate data and input into Excel
Perform minor calculations
Some field related work, with supervision, may also be required – on site with client
