Happy Tuesday✨✨✨
Ya know, I was thinking the other day- I haven’t re-introduced myself in a long time here! So here it goes…
Hi everyone ✌🏼 I’m Tayler, you can call me Tay, and I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach from Edmonton! My journey started way back in 2017 when I embarked on my own weight loss journey. A year later I started this page, which became my diary. It is to this day. I share my struggles, my goals, my achievements, and my dreams! All in hopes that it connects and resonates with others- cause this is real stuff! I’ve put my all into changing my life, as you’ll see here.

I decided to become a PT in 2019, and started that career at the end of 2020. I now work at a private gym here in the city and love what I do. I love my clients, co workers, managers, as well as all of you beauties. I hope to inspire, and help anyone who is on their own health journey feel like they have someone to relate to! Happy Sunday babes✨✨✨
I hope you all had a great one! Mine was VERY chill- I honestly did nothing. Got a nice sunny walk in before the rain came, and then Jordan and I hit the gym for a quick leg pump before supper just for something to do! You know I never usually work out on Sunday’s so it was kinda weird but the gym was totally empty so no complaints!

I started a new job a month ago- that’s where I’ve been. I’m training out of a new gym and I’ve been nonstop busy!! My clients are amazing, and my team…. I can’t say enough good things. I’m SO HAPPY. I felt like for a while there I just shut down- that’s why you hadn’t been hearing a lot from me. My mental health took a beating and I just had no motivation for, well, anything. But now I feel so much better, and I’ve been taking better care of myself too, and have lost a couple pounds of body fat! I’m doing really well- so thank you for letting me take some mental health time. Get ready for fit with tay to be back and better than ever ✨✨✨

Happy Tuesday lovelies💗
I hope everyone had a wonderful day filled with joy! It’s been a pretty good one here, windy and cold but still managed to get a bit of a walk in!

Jordan and I did a solid upper body back/bicep workout, then I had to deal with some fun adulting stuff today 🤦🏼♀️ so that took up most of it. But now, I can enjoy the rest of my day, make a yummy dinner which will probably just be protein pancakes, and relax! I hope you find some time to relax and self-care this evening, you deserve it babe✨✨✨

My workout outfit today consisted of lululemon] align shorts in black camo, lululemon] like a cloud bra in delicate mint, and a nice oversized tee from that I tucked in! So cute!!
