TRUST YOUR BODY - MY TOP 2 ADVICE FOR YOU!
That’s hard I know , you are so many who struggle with that bad idea of you need to train every day to get that body you want. But that’s not how it works. Instead you get a overtrained stressed body & you can’t even imagine how hard your body work to recover if you then don’t eat enough with food either.
So I want to give you my top 2 advices :)
1️⃣ Don’t train 7 of 7 days per week. Your body needs to rest & recover from those days you train. That means 4-5 days are fully enough to build that strong body you might want! For those days decide to spend at the gym, challenge yourself & increase weight when you feel it’s to easy & don’t go for same pattern time after time!
2️⃣ EAT FOOD! If you want results you also needs to eat enough with food to feed your muscles! If you feel it’s hard,set up times on your timer & make sure to have something good ready to eat. I use to eat each 2-3 hours to keep me in good balance, which mean 5-6 meals per day & that’s enough for me! So find what’s enough for you, the key is to not get starving & grab something you shouldn’t eat!!!
