If you are buying a home within Edmonton, Sherwood Park and surrounding areas - what can you expect from me when we walk through a home?

I look at many things:

- Exterior (roof, grading, windows, landscaping, curb appeal) 🏠

- Interior (condition of foundation, floors, appliances, furnace, HWT etc, within the home)

We all know that home ownership costs money, but what are some big ticket items can you expect to pay? 💸
