Don’t allow your mood to take over and sink you back into your “comfort zone”, this could be so many things like drinking alcohol, smoking, eating junk food, hanging out with that person who is holding you back, and on and on the list goes. It’s a hard thing to recognize for a lot of us, but the moment you do each time you will be more and more aware of how it’s controlling you and how your mind is playing tricks on you
Here is a tip: take a few deep breaths, remember what you set out to accomplish and do a quick 30 second pro and con list. Is it worth it? Will you be closer to your goal? Will it cause you to take 2 steps back instead of that 1 step forward? If so, it’s probably not the best idea.
Never give up, never surrender!
