Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do one of my favourite warm ups: Heel Walks! Learned this one from the great .wil .
Great for warming up the ankle and waking up the muscles on the front of the shin. I like to shoot for about 30 seconds or 30 yards when it comes to duration.

Hi everyone! If you didn’t know, my name is Gerald. I’m a NAIT Personal Fitness Trainer Program graduate, and I would love to put my schooling to good use, and train YOU!
I think my favourite type of training is combining strength and explosive (power) training. But I LOVE mixing it up every month or two so you’ll see me doing a little bit of everything - hypertrophy, balance + stability, mobility, you name it.
